We provide goalie training for individuals of all ages.

1 hour one on one sessions allows us to break down every aspect of the position as well as having a specific practice plan for each goalie. Private lessons have either a 1:1 or 2:1 coach to student ratio to maximize learning experience and tailored training for each goalie.

• One Session -  $70 + 50% Ice Cost per goalie
• Multiple Sessions - $60 + 50% Ice Cost per goalie

Semi-privates allow us to work with two goalies to fine-tune their technical & dynamic parts for their game. Excellent value for each goalie and cost efficient as well!

The ice cost depends on the arena chosen to train at, as well as the time of day. Please contact us during the booking process to find out. This only applies to private and semi-private sessions. 

3:1 or Group sessions lets us work with three or more goalies at once, working on all aspects of goaltending. Similar to a mini camp.

Synthetic ice sessions are available to replicate on-ice drills and movements. Synthetic ice requires about 10-15% more effort because it gives resistance to the goalie using the surface. The ice is self-lubricating and offers goalies to still slide to replicate any biometric movements authentically.
